During the summer, we invite anyone interested in discovering the aroma of white truffles to have us come to your home to cook for you—whether for a special event or just for yourselves.
We’ll prepare delicious truffle dishes right in your home—from appetizers to dessert for those with a sweet tooth.
To kick off your aperitif, treat yourself to a few Croque Sel toasts, followed by some bruschetta and scallop bites with summer truffles.
For an appetizer, we recommend our famous scrambled eggs with black truffles, served with grilled Serrano ham on toast.
For the main course, you'll want to try the cod fillet served with crisp vegetables and truffle sauce—it's truly delicious.
For cheese, enjoy some Coulommiers with summer truffles and a glass of red wine.
Finally, be sure to save room for our featured crumble, served with black truffle vanilla ice cream. You can also find us throughout the summer at various events, such as the Salon Vivre Côté Sud in Aix-en-Provence, the Ban des Vendanges in Avignon, or—for the first time this year—at our friend Jérôme’s “Jé” cocktail parties at La Margelle in the village of Pernes-les-Fontaines.
